Sauk Trail Conservation Club was formed in the late 1940’s. It was a small group of sportsmen with great hopes and expectations for the future. Today the club owns over 35 acres and its membership exceeds 110 members. The new club house, built in 2004, is a beautiful facility encompassing over 3,600 square feet. Sauk Trail’s contribution to conservation efforts and enriching our community include hunter safety training, conducting a local free fishing day, and supporting organizations such as Ducks Unlimited, Izaak Walton League, Sheboygan County Conservation Association, and Wisconsin Wildlife Federation. We also offer scholarships to students pursuing a career in the conservation field, we provide magazine subscriptions to our local libraries, and we support numerous local causes and charities.
